1. Early childhood development (ECD)

A child’s early years are crucial for building strong foundations for a life of learning. Buremba Community Initiative (BCI) works hand in hand with parents of children in the nearby communities of Nkungu, Mishambya, Kijooha, Bwiizi, omukatoma, Engari and Rwemikoma to provide young children between the age of 3-6years with quality stimulating pre schooling ,safe environments and good nutrition to facilitate their transition to primary school.

2.  OVCs and Primary Education

Buremba Community Initiative (BCI) through its Orphaned and Vulnerable Children program offers primary education support to disadvantaged children through bursaries, scholastic materials and school uniforms. The children normally taken in are from Kazo and the neighboring districts of Kiruhura, Kamwengye and Ibanda.

With the increasing number of disadvantaged children, BCI is facing the challenge of taking care them and thus requests for a helping hand from good Samaritans.

3. Vocational training

Vocational training is part of the Buremba Community Initiative Youth skilling project and provides beneficiaries with skills to enable self reliance resulting from economic empowerment upon completion of the training.
